The more features you add, the heavier it gets and the more it costs to fabricate.
If you want it easy to handle and low cost, keep it light weight and simple.
Take some time to consider which fabric you need and options you will use.

6/20/2009 --We no longer "rebuild" old enclosure curtains. WHY? read on...
If your enclosure curtains have issues it usually means they have reached end of life, which means you should have new ones made. How often did they get washed, treated, the windows cleaned & hand buffed? How old are they? 10 years is end of life for curtains that are used everyday-all-summer. Curtains that are used only while underway will last 15+ years with small repairs as needed (like maybe a new zipper)... Curtains and tops are never to be used during winter, unless you are on the boat and underway.

If you want cheap protection from the weather, buy a rain coat and a hat. My prices and quality easily beat OEM canvas and canvas made by shops around Buckeye Lake. |  |
A quality enclosure provides many years of protection from the elements when you need it. HOW LONG WILL IT LAST ? If you set it up only when you need it, it will last 15 years or more. If you leave it set up every day(during the summer), it will last almost as long as a boat cover(5 to 7 years). If you leave it set up all winter(outside), it will last 2 to 5 years. But you would never do that. Plan on 2~3 weeks from the day work is started on your boat to fabricate your enclosure. |

If you want lower prices, force the county to reduce my property taxes, force the insurance company to reduce my property insurance, force the electric company to reduce the bill, force the gas company to reduce the bill, force the car insurance company to reduce the bill, force my fabric suppliers to reduce what they charge, give me free medical care, give me social security at age 50 and so on.....
If you think my price is too high and your not getting my expenses reduced, then get your work done somewhere else.
